@cassandra17lina Don’t blame the colorful flowers for your sniffles. They are colorful to attract pollinators, and have sticky pollen. The true culprits are the invisible ones, with dull tiny flowers that put out lots of airborne pollen.

ragweed = airborne
goldenrod = sticky

@CJLavoie Oh, I’m not blaming the flowers… it’s totally tree pollen here, with trees that used to bloom sequentially now blooming concurrently. I’ve got plenty of flowering and berry-bearing native plants for our beloved pollinators.

I’m so jealous of all the photos I’m seeing of flowers and trees blooming. Here in Albuquerque there’s a smidge of color but mostly still grey-brown.
