wow, this is a scam email. I would have included where it told you to download the chase mobile app from apple or google which were not links to the app somewhere else. Looks perfect. I just received it...so the date was intentionally yesterday. Stay frosty.

The major brands do monitor PhishTank.org, I think.
The fake websites are set up with software the scammers purchase from other scammers. The phishing site coders intentionally leave backdoors, so they can steal the collected data themselves. But the security personnel for brands like Chase know how to get in, too. So if they can get the "drop file" first, they can shut down the accounts that have been compromised.
