The most misleading thing is that ppl may look at this and think it's isreal versus Palestine but that's not true. I would be surprised if there is a majority in either country that actually wants this conflict.
@scottyorange I second this, as someone who has visited both countries.
@scottyorange exactly!! The citizens in either place don’t want this. It’s the people who will never suffer the horror and indignity of war who will push the conflict.
@scottyorange Yeah, Netanyahu (who also doesn't want the war) is a poor leader representing a minority of Israelis. Yet Hamas is many times worse for West Bank Palestinians.
The only ones who want the war are Hamas, Iran, and Russia.
