I am happy to report I have totally nailed a gluten free bread recipe with my Cuisinart bread maker machine! But...I may not be able to replicate it.

If anyone wants to see it. Gluten and dairy free bread from a breadmaker. This is my eighth attempt. Next one will experiment on getting smaller bubbles. Any suggestions welcome.

Smaller bubbles ... I don't know enough about baking to help, but maybe it rose too long before it baked?

But I don't know how you could shorten that time in a bread machine.
