If anyone wants to see it. Gluten and dairy free bread from a breadmaker. This is my eighth attempt. Next one will experiment on getting smaller bubbles. Any suggestions welcome. #glutenFreeBread #breadmakerAdventure

This is almost vegan. There's an egg in there.

@Izaya I adjusted the cook time, the amount of flour, and how much coconut milk I put in. I thought I could remember it in case it worked but I didn't

Smaller bubbles ... I don't know enough about baking to help, but maybe it rose too long before it baked?

But I don't know how you could shorten that time in a bread machine.

@GeezerWench o there's ways..it has lots of settings.
