I am normally against any flavored coffees and this doesn't quite count as one but maybe adjacent? Coffee aged in an oak rum barrels for eight weeks before being roasted. I thought it would be a slight flavor difference but no this is a whole experience. I can't explain. I also received the red wine barrel aged coffee which I haven't tried yet. I had no idea this would be so good and different. #CoSoCoffee ☕☕☕
