Ok, I understand people having to do remote work meetings or whatever, but if you walk in for your appointment with a laptop already in your face and don't acknowledge me at the desk and say hi or anything and just go about your meeting.. wtf!? I had to interrupt this lady to have her come check in with me.

We've forgotten the art of "peopling." Perhaps a social skills class for the iPhone generation is in order.
