I ordered myself a Christmas present in the form of a photo I took of my dad and my dog in 2017 when it was "puppy's first Christmas" and they accidentally had matching sweaters. I had it printed on a stretched canvas and it's probably my favorite thing now. I miss this version of my dad. #AlzheimersSucks

@sarcasmsign my father had frontal temporal dementia…so much to miss. Love that you have such a warm memory! I have a picture of my daughter with my Dad that feels similarly comforting!! #dementiasucks
@sarcasmsign Hugs. Both my parents had dementia before they died. Mon had classic Alzheimer's. Dad was talkative to the end.
