Well, my first project ever just failed. And I'm leaving on vacation a day early (I've got snot loads of time), having cancelled all the meetings I was going to drop in on and answer any questions.
Me: Hi, sorry I need to escalate. We have a jr dev refusing to provide the access we require for the project.
ED (Exec. Dir.): They have our full support. They think we need to establish a data review committee to determine what fields we can allow.
Me: OK, I'll cancel the project and...
Not my first project - good grief.
My first failure.

Yep. And, I'm fine with having nothing but 'initiatives' going forward.
Decades of projects in every role - this was a new one.
