so if the family gets take-out, and I alone have a mild (tho it didn't feel that way at the time) case of food poisoning, do I call the restaurant and tell them it may have come from their kitchen? Is there any use in conveying this information to anybody?

@rpardee Yes, do. To a manager if possible. They're able to check their product or tell their chef what's up. It's never intentional, they'll definitely appreciate the heads up.

@floryloughead heh--that would be the chicken/pork bahn mi sandwich. Youngest daughter had a tofu bahn mi, no cilantro & no jalapeno. I'm wondering if it wasn't the cilantro or the jalapeno.

@rpardee Yes please call them. They will be able to 86 the ingredients and re-clean all prep surfaces. You may be saving more customers from a very bad experience.

@elbutterfield thanks everyone! They're closed today but I left a message on their answering machine.
