Also, this crud going through my family (youngest is the latest) is apparently covid.

LOL--not the website's fault. As I was reading the screen to the second CSR I realized that I had to click 'continue' before the e-mail w/the magic code would be sent.
Once I, you know, clicked continue, I did get the e-mail & was able to log in.
The brain fog is real y'all.

@Shelter thanks. I'm pretty sure I'm starting to come out the other side. My DW got it first & she's slowly recovering too.
It's a bummer that youngest got it though, as she's just starting a new job & isn't even all the way through orientation yet. She doesn't even really know who to call to tell them she can't come in...
Also, kaiser permanente's web portal/mychart thing remains a complete dumpster fire. And I'm a pretty big fan of KP
