it'd be very cool if I could, say right-click on that 'invalid e-mail addresses' warning line up there & have a "remove invalid addresses" option. #MSOutlook
I was just thinking I would like them to remove the option to email to "all users." Large groups of users, yes, but one single power set, no.
If you don't understand who is receiving your email well enough to choose a few groups of the organization members that add up to all users, maybe you have been sending too many emails to people they don't apply to.
@EileenKCarpenter Makes sense. I think there are controls you can apply at the distribution-list level, but a generic disallow-reply-all option would be pretty cool.
(Mind you it may already be there & I just haven't paid enough attention)
