Thank you - I don't find coyotes funny, but I am so glad you are home. In 2017 or 2018 I was walking our two dogs at the time and I was picking up poop when both started barking and acting weird. I stood up (thank the goddess I am five feet ten and a half inches and also quite round) and saw two coyotes watching us, motionless, from not far enough away at all. I mean a few yards. When I stood up, I must have made our group look not worth their while and they walked off.
Probably saw Neville & thought twice.

Neville was most likely not alive yet and most certainly wasn't living w us. He and I met in April 2021 and the vet guessed he was 1 to 3 years old. I decided to split the difference and picked 2019 as his birthday year. It was Malcolm and the late and great Bailey I had with me that day on the trail. Five minutes from our house.
Well I hope you walk easier having tough Neville at your side. ☠️
