Elbow needs PT badly. Have appt Monday in my new town. Should have started earlier.

I’m so sorry you lost your baby.

Grief is 💔 mysterious & unpredictable. 1.5 yrs since Abby’s passing, I can still erupt into unexpected tears 💦 .
