Kind folks who know stuff: my laptop's charging port is damaged on the inside - a dog ripped the cord out of it some time ago and destroyed the charger. Got new one so the plug is fine but the port is unreliable. It is an old budget laptop and although it has a USB C port, that one is not for charging. Do I have any options to charge this laptop in a reliable fashion? TIA bunches!
