Sunday morning FML mood: I am heading into the second day of Ren Faire double performances. Non-negotiable. Not letting down my circle plus I am the one MCing it. But I am 4 mo out of radiation and it takes 6 to 12 recover from it, it was 90 degrees yesterday, and at night I had such debilitating muscle cramps I couldn't move only scream until @junation brought me Gatorade. Now I am groggy, hands shaking, exhausted, muscles aching. Trying to survive my bad decision I guess.
Can you MC without dancing? Hydrate like crazy. All those symptoms could be dehydration. Wish I could help you 🐝

Thank you sweets. I dance and speak between numbers. There are four numbers in the set and only one I don't dance. I speak three different times. I am already pounding Gatorade because I have a history of low potassium and an evil drug I take that causes muscle cramps. If you have strong healing energy to send, please send my way. ✨

Healing is underway. Trust your inner counsel if sitting is necessary. Also, can you bring a brimmed hat or umbrella? I remember how hot the CO Ren Faires were.
