Since I will not be getting chemo but doing radiation, it was time to get a refresh haircut (as opposed to a short pixie). Took of three inches, got rid of thinned out dead ends, got subtle long layers to better show off my natural texture, and got the stylist to diffuse - dry it. And to 99.99% of people it does not look like I got a haircut at all.

Beautiful hair. With 6” cut off, my haircut felt like a pixie cut.

I am seriously enjoying my hair being lighter - it was really pulling on my scalp. This is more pleasant.

That is a big change. It is also a length that has attitude written all over it, which I think is a great plus. If you want an overall longer length, hopefully it will grow quickly. I find that you need rather long hair to be able to not worry about styling it unless you want to. You look stunning though - hoping you are beginning to feel as.good as you look!!!
