@process sure does more so early 80s thats for sure
Later 80s it wasn't so much but that did depend on what area you were living in - a lot of areas were revamped or getting revamped around that time hence why if ya zoom in on that pic you'll notice a lot of boards on windows they tenements were basically empty waiting to upgraded - wasn't until mid 90s they blocks were livable again and had central heating for 1st time ever
