Recipe.
Toast a wheat/cauliflower tortilla.
Cover with pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with ground fenugreek seeds.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning spice mix.
Sprinkle very lightly with chipotle chili powder.
Sprinkle with dried minced onion.
Sprinkle with McCormick dried garlic and bell pepper.
Dice one slice of fried turkey bacon and spread over the tostada/pizza.
Dice up a fresh button mushroom, add.
Dice up a slice of fresh onion, add.
Dice up a slice of red bell pepper, add.

Put fresh spinach all over.
Sprinkle with mozzarella/provolone cheese mix.
Sprinkle with sharp cheddar cheese.
Bake until cheese starts browning.
It seems really basic but tastes great IMHO.
