A friend bought Amtrak tickets to Chicago. She called Amtrak to either confirm or ask a question. Amtrak had no record of those tickets. Scammers are setting up fake sites pretending to be Amtrak. Some can even redirect a call to the correct number so it goes to them. Amtrak was well aware of this and she will get a refund. #scam
