I just finished a yummy either pizza or tostada depending on your point of view on flat, circular bread substance.
@kay_dub Moderately crispy. St. Louis is known for thin crust pizza.
@poemblaze Unless it's hard-taco crispy, I'd call it a pizza. But, I also call stuff tossed on an open-faced tortilla pizza, so I can't be trusted.
@kay_dub I do the same thing. These are wheat/cauliflower tortillas. But everything I put on it is a pizza topping.
