23&Me data breach completely exposed all data on 6.9 million people. Their new terms of service relinquish any right to sue and force arbitration.

@poemblaze surely the ‘new terms and conditions’ cannot be enacted retroactively? If you used the service before the date of the breach, the T&C’s as they were when you used the service will apply.

@hanse It doesn't seem legal. But I sent an email to their "opt out" just to make sure. No longer using 23&Me because they disabled being able to compare your test with anyone else's. Completely useless for genealogy now.
