The ground was already wet and we've had over 3" of rain since last night. Still raining.

For some reason, when the ground is so soggy, Reliable Sanitation was attempting to replace the dumpster, got stuck in the mud and absolutely tore up next to the lane. They say they will come back when it dries out and fix/grade it. Not so reliable today.
