The oldest home in greater London that is still used as a home was built in the 1430s. Some elements are newer reconstructions, but the bulk of it is original. This is it. It's called Walthamstow. They didn't realize it was this old until white clapboarding was removed in the 1930s. You can see some of the clapboards still remaining on the left side of the front. #History
