Sooo; local news is doing a segment: "Verify: Did Scrooge pay more than minimum wage?" w/a 'Verify-It' tool. Was dissecting, analyzing, comparing to today's Dept of Labor fair wages, dollar & pound values, inflation, yada yada.
Results: No. His employees would be considered below poverty level.
It's too early for this; didn't expect to start analyzing nor verifying Christmas tales, because, 🐇 holes; what about other Christmas stories? Can his sleigh actually defy gravity?🤷🏽♀️🤦♀️🤣
