Help, I wanted to take a few art reference photos to sketch from when I have the time, now that the sun is down and I can control the light, but I seem to have developed a serious crush on my plant, and it's tomorrow but I'm trapped, I can not stop, I have so many photos to sort. Omgs. Can you imagine if I had a real camera instead of the photo function on a video recorder with seriously limited features? I'd never eat. I am prisoner to her beauty.

I can't help you stop, I'll only encourage you to continue! π π
You've really got an eye for composition, color, lighting, perspective, etc. That backlighting is exquisite! π
You've got the bug, and I think you should feed it. I've been a photographer all my life, just for fun.
Exploring new mediums can be fun, and lead to new ways of using your old ones. Dad's a writer, but several years ago discovered a love for photography.
Get a camera! It doesn't have to be high-end.
@tippitiwichet
I sure know about circumstances! π π With winter coming on, I'm hoarding my pennies and crumbs. π
Yeah, some things are easier said than done. I'm glad at least you have that camera! Hopefully one day you'll get one, even smart phones take good pictures these days. I bet you'd have a lot of fun!
@p3R1n01D I turned down the chance of a DSLR camera due to integrity. It haunts me. This obviously means it is a goal, a priority higher than a new wardrobe, lower than a deposit on a new place. It will eventually happen, no matter how bad my eyes get, is what I'm saying. I can zoom in and check focus now better than Ansel Adams ever could, it will happen. Eventually. I'll make it happen :).
