Vaccine hesitancy has been growing in Florida. The routine childhood vaccination rate for kindergartners is now at 90.6%. That's the lowest rate in more than a decade β€” and it's well below the threshold needed for herd immunity against highly contagious diseases like measles.

I think about several years ago when a couple travelled with their unvaccinated toddler, and brought back measles--then sent the kid to daycare. It resulted in the death of a baby too young to be vaccinated, and they were shocked when they were charged with negligent homicide.
