I've been slacking with my physical fitness over the past few months๐ I was riding my bike 3x/week, walking 5x/week, had almost completed my "Stretches for Splits" program (๐ฎ ), and at least twice a week I worked on my arms.
The SLACKING is no more. Today I started gently by doing a 5 minute arm exercise using my FitOn app and have plans to ๐ด๐พโโ๏ธ this afternoon when my granddaughter gets home from school and homework is DONE.
It's ON!
