@nursefrombirth Pardon my curiosity, but are you practicing in a live class? or alone? or online?
My personal covid guidelines preclude live in-person classes, but I do miss the social and community aspect.
I find with my online classes though I am practicing more often and progressing faster than I did with live.
@ceorl this was a live class. Only 4 participants. I also do some online and there are a few great apps too.
@nursefrombirth Cool. I might be comfortable with a class on a beach or something. But yes, online and apps can be very helpful. I am currently exposing my teacher to the potential of VR for yoga.
