Well, as far as I have found, the House of Representatives numbers are still not final. I hope that the Democrats get control of that, at least.

@sfleetucker Given the numbers, you are probably correct.
If they keep the House, and it looks as though they will, we can take some small consolation from their actions of the last few years.
If they continue to be as divided and in as much of a disarray as they have been, their own incompetence may blunt a lot of the worst things they're going to try and do.
Or so I hope, anyhow.

Don't forget that the Senate confirms nominations. If they rubber stamp 47's nominees, the House will have an even harder job. Pass what laws they will, when the Executive branch is filled with loyalists, the laws will only be sporadically enforced, I fear.

I have thought that, if the Republicans take the House, at least there is the Senate Filibuster. But they could remove that, I suppose.
