My problem with Ketchup. The condiment, not Agent @ketchup9080
is the additional sugar and salt. It just taints the taste to me. Now I might not be too mad about a thin line of tomato paste in the sauce... I might be able to swing that.

I gave up on commercially made ketchups when my Boy was quite small, due to the amount of high-fructose corn syrup/sugars. (i''m hypoglycemic.) i started making my own from good tomato paste, dehydrated onion or quality onion powder, a small splash of rice wine or red wine vinegar, and water.
He's gotten so used to mine all his life that he can't stand the ready-made rubbish now. 👍🏽
Bonus: it's WAY cheaper, ounce for ounce!
