@naikarrah they are. The lemon/sugar icing cuts through the indecent amount of sugar and butter. The dough is really light.

@naikarrah yes! and it's idiot proof. Pour some powder sugar, add lime juice (I prefer limes to lemons) till it's the desired consistency. It is what I glaze gingerbread cookies with.
