i got my annual affordable aul back in the fall. i just pan roasted all of it with lots of homemade garlic-salt-olive oil paste, black & white pepper, and finished with butter. Some i 'quiched' with leftover chix breast sourcream & gruyere, some i served up right out of the pan, and the rest i froze for later!
