the records show that Florida actually advertised that anyone in the "general public could come to Florida for a vaccine", and that NOT including snowbirds & state residents, 41,000 vaccines were given to known out-of-state residents.
Florida is still going to count snowbirds as residents for purposes of vaccination. (All for that political $$$!)
