My #vegan adventures continued tonight with this recipe from Pinch of Yum. The kids, who have been complaining a bit lately, loved it.
The "queso" was not at all queso, sorry folks. BUT -- it was delicious in its own way, and not too hard to make. Definitely recommend. Chipoltes. Yum.
