I am reading that SCOTUS is leaning towards banning homelessness encampments. And what is their wonderful plan after that? Or is cruelty once again the point?

Portland is my home town (though I've lived/worked in many places,
I now live just west of town.) IDK for sure, but the new governing format coming to Portland, will, I gather, give the mayor more power.
Now we pray for wisdom.
Also, I'm hoping that GovTinaK may be able to get a program moving, but as to your question? Coming from *THIS* RED/SCOTUS? Yes. It does seems that cruelty is the point. 😞
