I was born in 1950. So as a boy I was completely obsessed with space, and the space program.
My dad worked as an engineer on many space related programs. I collected everything I could about the Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo systems I could get. My room was filled with posters, models, and books about space.

I got to sit in a Mercury spacecraft at North American aviation.
Later I saw a Saturn V liftoff.

Today, I am 12 again.
