When Spectrum technicians mistakenly change your business IP address during a modem/router swap, it disrupts your internet connection and then leaves. Remember that they have no authority to recover the affected IP address; it’s not their responsibility, not even Tier 2 to Tier 666.
@matuzalem Unfortunately, I think most cable company employees, well meaning or not, aren't all that great.
@TrueBloodNet unfortunately but true, iI don't blame the technitians. I blame the system that fails to mention to their customers that their business is not going to have a tunnel to their warehouse for 24 hours,.
PRO Tip. Don’t let Spectrum technicians visit your home after you’ve established an account. Not even 15 years later. Either get your own equipment or exchange it at the CO. Do it yourself or get fucked. Better yet (if possible) do not give them your money.
