PRO Tip. Don’t let Spectrum technicians visit your home after you’ve established an account. Not even 15 years later. Either get your own equipment or exchange it at the CO. Do it yourself or get fucked. Better yet (if possible) do not give them your money.
@TrueBloodNet unfortunately but true, iI don't blame the technitians. I blame the system that fails to mention to their customers that their business is not going to have a tunnel to their warehouse for 24 hours,.
@matuzalem Unfortunately, I think most cable company employees, well meaning or not, aren't all that great.
