Last night was a rough one, coming out of the defense mode and all the emotions hitting at the same time is super overwhelming. BUT we protected ourselves from the abuser and we're getting stronger every day. We're set on playing a show again this year, gonna put it on with our friends and people we love so its safe. Imagine being such a sociopath that you use the death of a close friend as a way to try and get back into the life of someone you abused and traumatised so badly that their body shut down from the stress. We lost another close friend today and found out from the abuser using a new number to to get around us having blocked him. Why do the good people keep dying and the predators get to stay here.

Just saw Civil War and maaaan, super intense, really good movie but also the references are very full on and some of those things are going to haunt us for a long time. Its hard not to see it as a warning towards where the US could likely head in the next few years, especially with the Trump coded references. Well worth watching. The sound design was insane with it too.

Had the most bizarre experience today. Have felt like I've been under this weird cloudy void for the better part of the last month and a half and couldn't figure out why. Was struggling to listen to our music or work on things but today actually remembering our life, what we've been through, created, our own experiences and the confidence of knowing we've got through some horrendous things. No idea where the cloud came from or how it held a grip so long but glad to be free again ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
