Can you develop a group of people for a Sports team or anything? Can people "follow" other people on this platform. Sorry, i'm a bit lost.

@laz Pro users can create groups, but a hashtag or two will keep similar minded people together, and yes you can follow people her. Just click on their name before their @ and it will take you to their profile. You can follow them from there.
