how is it possible that the people in my trailer used 1300kWh of electricity in one month, when i only used 500 here, & that includes all the electric fencing & barn lights for the chickens

@redenigma Maybe they were growing some “special” plants?

@00pi @cassandra17lina could be AC, but really it's never all that hot there. it's close enough to Lake Ontario to get the weather modification.

@redenigma @00pi @cassandra17lina sounds like they were running the AC 24/7. Or doing laundry, leaving lights on, using the hair dryer a lot? Might want to check the water heater to make sure there's not a leak.

@kismatt @00pi @cassandra17lina new water heater. no washer/dryer (the moron that installed the new furnace put it where the washer/dryer hookups were instead of where i asked them to... then they didn't reconnect the heat ducts. Tammy had to get under the trailer & fix that)

@redenigma @00pi @cassandra17lina My utility (Ameren) can tell me where all the power is going in my condo, does your have that breakdown?

(btw, I live in 1200 sq ft condo in Missouri, my electric usage was 859 kWh last month, and I have a/c. This month's est kWh is to be about 370, yay fall!)

@kismatt @00pi @cassandra17lina RG&E will do an energy audit, but since i live in a different state, i think the peeps living there should set that up. i have no idea when they're home. they are supposed to be changing it over to their name anyway
between the propane & electric they cost me almost 7k last year. i'm on a fixed income. that's not sustainable. i have sheep to feed
