@Shelter I smoked for 15 years, and quit cold turkey. I was sick with a terrible case of bronchitis, so the decision was smoke or breathe.
It was really bad for about a month. I wasn't a two-pack-a-day smoker, more like half-a-pack-a-day, but still.
You can do this. Get a big bag of Dum-Dums (Halloween candy is out!) and suck on one when the urge hits. They helped.
@Shelter PS: Don't try this with sugar-free tho. BAD for your guts to have more than one or two a day.
