Serious question. Who the hell would choose the American day ffs? I mean, good bands and all, but c'mon, it's not even close.
@killingfloorman Day 2 for sure.
@killingfloorman True. UK gets my tix
@ACG2 i mean Beatles, Zep, Stones, Sabbath and Queen are better than anything on day 1
@killingfloorman
Definitely the UK one, but could I swap Van Halen for Oasis?
@mikeflstfi now if America had Elvis, Prince, Hendrix and Aretha, I'd have to think twice
@killingfloorman Day 2, all the way.
@killingfloorman even with Queen, Day 2.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN even with PF and Radiohead
@killingfloorman PF yes, Radiohead would leave me high and dry.
@SECRET_ASIAN_MAN I'd rather have the bends than listen to Radiohead and I'd go to the dark side of the moon to avoid pf
@killingfloorman Can I send Oasis over and bring VH back in their place? 👍
@killingfloorman Day 2,no question.Only band I never saw live out of that lot is The Beatles.Seen several from Day 1 also.
@FrankCannon what year did you see Zep?
@killingfloorman '79 at Knebworth.
@FrankCannon on the 4th or the 11th?
@killingfloorman 4th as far as I can remember,it's back in the mists of time.I was only 14 or so,thankfully not old enough to drink too much.Been to several gigs over the years that I can barely remember with being bevvied.
@FrankCannon I was just trying to get a handle on *exactly* how jealous to be.
🤣😎🎵
Good for you mate.
I too have a ton I can't remember because of the bevvie. Glad I gave it up 12 years ago
@killingfloorman I still like a bevvy but I know not to rip the arse out of it at concerts now.Saw Alice Cooper at the Hammersmith Odeon in '81,for example......I can remember the broad strokes but not the finer details.
@FrankCannon probably the same for Alice too
@killingfloorman It was the Special Forces tour and it's not one of my favourite albums to be fair.So I don't feel I missed too much.He opened with a few tracks from it and by the time he got to the classics I was starting to sober up a bit.😂
@FrankCannon i didn't see him until the next tour
@killingfloorman I saw him in Manchester in 86 and not had a chance again.
@killingfloorman And,again if I remember right,the tickets were about 12 quid or thereabouts.....a bit dearer these days I'd imagine.
@killingfloorman I'll chat up one of the roadies and go to both.😎
@damselfly59 where there's a will there's a way
@killingfloorman It's really no contest.
@killingfloorman 💯
