@Idissent the Ulster Volunteer Force was/is a protestant terrorist organization in Northern Ireland.

They did not bring down Hitler in WW1 🤪 (nor in WW11 for that matter)

@process

ive only done five minutes of research, but tldr: impressive levels of utter bullshit at work there.

for those curious:
the original uvf was very active during the early 20th century, and many members of the original force were involved in the first world war between 1924-1918. unfortunately, the majority of northern irish troops were killed during the ludendorff offensive in 1918, as their units were hit especially hard during the fighting.

Partially due to this demolition of much of its membership, that uvf was officially demobilised in may 1919. at this point in time, hitler had spent much of the war in hospital recovering from complications of a gas attack and shrapnel wound, and had been discharged from the german forces. he was, obviously, not in charge of the third reich at this time. the uvf was briefly restarted between 1920-1922, but was then absorbed into the ulster special constabulary and became defunct.

The later uvf only formed in 1966, claiming to be a descendant of the first and using the same logo, but has no actual organisational connection to the first force.
