Damn there's some classics on here. What is your favorite?
I'd go with Presence with a huge soft spot for Rainbow Rising, Jailbreak and Made in Europe
#cosomusic
@BillyBones @Render @stueytheround
Chime in everybody
@DocLaing @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround i personally own about 70% of the list, so I'd be ok with most of them.
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround
Vinyl too I’ll bet.
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround
I’d also go for Presence but it’s hard to leave out Hotel California.
@killingfloorman
At first glance I have:
Frampton Comes Alive (it's in the rules!)
Night at the Opera
Rainbow Rising
Songs in the Key of Life (probably the best pop album of all time).
Station to Station
on vinyl.
So those would be my picks.
@killingfloorman
Oh and I have Rumours of course but I prefer Mac's pre-Stevie* work.
*and everyone blocks Stuey 🤣
@stueytheround all good ones and yes Songs in the key is 🙌
@killingfloorman That's just mindblowing! Although some of those were '75, but still, some serious music history in a short space of time.
I think I'd have to go with Night At The Opera, Jailbreak, Frampton Comes Alive, High Voltage, Boston...
Sod it. I'll take just about everything there 👍
@BillyBones I wonder if it is a released in the US list, or whether the compiler just messed up? 🤔
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @stueytheround
I have 38 of those, on vinyl. Cannot, will not pick just one favorite.
I seem to recall something about release dates being staggered by region in those days, especially if there was on ongoing or impending tour in the region.
@Render I hear ya, the list is *stacked*
@Render @BillyBones @stueytheround
My vinyl albums. 12' and 7' are in another room.
99% of my music is cd or digital now
@killingfloorman @Render @BillyBones @stueytheround
Similar here.
Do you have them organized chronologically, or by tempo or key?
@sonnybillglover alphabetically although the Brasilian artists are separated from the non Brasilian. They are not currently organized from my most recent move. Must do that 😳🎵
@killingfloorman @Render @BillyBones @stueytheround
I go alphabetical too; however, it’s always a struggle when it comes to solo artists and alphabetizing. I mean is it Taylor, James or James Taylor? 🤔
@sonnybillglover
Ask any librarian.
It's Taylor, James.
Always go by surname or before you know it you have an entire shelf of Bobs 🤣🤣
@killingfloorman @Render @BillyBones
@stueytheround @killingfloorman @Render @BillyBones
I got ya.
And, yes, I do have The Bobs!

Wondering if there is a way to sell hundreds of best vinyl albums…asking for a ‘friend’…😎
backing away slowly
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround
Ummm, I’ll take Songs in the Key of Steely Dan for 1000. 😇
@sonnybillglover a triple album? 🤣
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround
Yup!
And, yes, I do have both on vinyl.
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround I’ll go Rush 2112 (saw them on the 40th anniversary tour) and for the fun of it Alice Cooper Goes to Hell (Seen Alice easily 7 or 8 times)
@FredOak3 Alice was great when I saw him
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround
Triumph!!! ❤️
I've listened to that album SO many times while doing puzzles!
that's a killer list...but for me it's 2112...and it's not even a tough choice...
@opie Funny thing is, nowhere does it say you can only pick *one*.
@killingfloorman @BillyBones @Render @stueytheround
You’ve made it near impossible to pick one.
But I’ll say Trower……LIVE.
