@ReneeVoiceBrand good for you to push through that discomfort. Sounds like a good strategy, I bet you will feel better as your muscles adapt.
I did pretty well. I am slowly ramping up my pace and the running intervals are getting a bit longer. The best thing is that I am looking forward to each run.

@kendonnelly Running week was a good week. However, my thigh muscles were screaming at me! It felt like the first time I put on ice skates as an adult. The lactic acid was burningπ₯. It was difficult to run this past week. I switched between a slow jog and a brisk walk. I figure as long as I keep moving my thigh muscles will become stronger. I purchased a 'timer' watch that reads my heartbeats and blood pressure. What about you???
