Wings! Is the game still on? Served sauce on the side, but 24 hour marinade in soy, oil, chili oil, garlic and ginger. So good, with and without sauce.
@KazzyH Grilled these (on propane). I usually smoke them for an hour then put them on a gas or charcoal grill to get a char, but wasn’t up for the big production. Sometimes, I actually break out the oil fryer! But only when I’m feeding a group.
They have a nice char going and omg sound soooo good.
