CNN reports that McCarthy's latest concession allows for the debt ceiling to NOT be raised. This would trigger a default of the US Treasury and throw the economy into further chaos.

@jurban Hopefully that means he'll only be Speaker until they vote to raise the debt ceiling. There have to be a few Rs that don't want to completely torpedo the economy...
