nHa...my husband tells me that employers in this area are raising wages because they can't get enough people to work at the piss-poor wages they've been paying. Who could have imagined? I call it supply and demand to those lovers of capitalism.
@jurban The way things are right now, at least. Price controls went out the window a many years ago.
@jurban The problem with that is that while wages have been stagnant for decades, prices have continued to rise, so, while I know that everyone deserves a fair and living wage, I can't afford to pay the true cost.
